Frequently Asked Questions

What are the requirements and age limits for renting?

To rent one of our vehicles, you must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record—no major violations or DUIs. All renters must be present at the start of the rental, and we do not allow third-party pickups. We want to ensure every rental is safe and secure for both you and our team.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, all renters are required to have full-coverage insurance (liability, comprehensive, and collision). If you already have a personal auto policy, we’ll verify it with your insurer. Some credit cards, like American Express, offer premium rental protection that can be used for extra peace of mind. If you have questions about coverage, our team is happy to walk you through your options.

Can I add additional drivers?

Absolutely! You can add additional drivers to your rental agreement at no extra cost. Each driver must be present at delivery, provide their license in advance, and meet the same age and driving record requirements as the primary renter. We want everyone behind the wheel to be fully qualified and ready for the experience.

How does delivery and pickup work?

We offer flexible options: pick up your vehicle at our location, or let us deliver it directly to your home, office, hotel, or even the airport. Door-to-door delivery is available for a small fee, based on distance. Please confirm your arrangements at least 24 hours in advance so we can guarantee on-time service. Last-minute changes may incur additional fees.

What if I need to return the car late?

We understand that plans can change. We offer a one-hour grace period for returns. If you need more time, just let us know—otherwise, late returns may be subject to additional daily rental fees. Communication is key, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Is a damage deposit required?

Yes, a refundable damage deposit is required for every rental. The amount varies depending on the vehicle and your insurance, typically between $1,000 and $10,000. Deposits are held as a credit card authorization or cash and are fully refundable after the rental, provided the car is returned in the same condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For cash and wire transfers, a credit card must still be on file for the deposit. We do not accept personal or business checks.

What is your cancellation policy?

All reservations and rental fees are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, so in certain cases, we may offer a credit toward a future rental at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

How do fuel, tolls, and surcharges work?

Every vehicle comes with a toll tag for your convenience—just drive and we’ll deduct any tolls from your deposit. Cars are delivered with a full tank of premium (93+) gasoline and should be returned full. If not, we’ll refuel at market price plus a small service fee. Please use only premium fuel to avoid additional charges.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for rentals or gift certificates. However, our goal is your complete satisfaction. In the rare event of a mechanical issue or weather disruption, we may offer credit for additional rental days at our discretion.

Are there any discounts or special offers?

From time to time, we offer special incentives or discounts. Please note that these cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Ask our team about current promotions when you book!

How does mileage work? Can I drive out of state?

Each rental includes 50 free miles per day. Additional miles are charged at the stated rate. If you plan to drive outside of Texas, please let us know in advance—written approval is required for out-of-state travel.

Are there any prohibited uses?

Our vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, teaching others to drive, towing, or on unpaved roads. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your rental and forfeiture of your deposit. We want everyone to enjoy these cars responsibly!

Who is responsible for tickets and violations?

The renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, and toll violations incurred during the rental period. Please drive safely and observe all local laws.
